Rated 4 out of 5�by Vmhillaz I am happy with the device but I am still getting used to the under ear concept versus the over ear. The quality of the sound is awesome and people on the other end of the phone also have told me the quality is great.

Does not fit well. Takes to long to install in ear. Dopey design or earphone allows it to swivel the wrong direction. The equipped plug is the wrong one for most people to use. There was an adapter, but if I were designing it, I'd put the plug that is on the adapter on the earset cord, and have an adapter to the less common one. Looks sleek and nice, but functionality stinks

Although, I have to replace the head set after a few years, the warranty is great. Without this headset, I would not be able to use the phone for any length of time do to neck and shoulder pain. Also, it allows for freedom of hands to do other things while on a call. Tone is clear and
easy to use.

I really like this earpiece as it does exactly what I expected. I have many partners with my business that use Plantronics earpieces and all have nothing but good things to day. I really like.
If I could change two things would be to have more volume on the control and have OfficeMax/ Office Depot sell Plantronics wireless earpieces instead of wired.
